Individual Therapy (50 min)
Ideal for individuals who may be feeling stuck right now and may need guidiance on how to get unstuck. You will meet 1:1 with a trained therapist either weekly or bi-weekly to address serious issues that are getting in the way of you leading a fulfilling life.
Couples Therapy (50 min)
Ideal for couples who are not seeing eye to eye on major and minor things. There may be a lack of communication, lack of conflict resolution, or you just don’t like each other anymore and want to figure a way through it. You will meet weekly or bi-weekly with a trained therapist to understand and change the root causes of the issues.
Individual and Couples Coaching (60 min)
Ideal for couples or individuals who feel that they are in a good place, but want to take things to the next level. You may have gone to therapy before and healed, but still need assistance with blockages that are hindering your growth and progress.
We offer Memberships! Individual, couples, and coaching!
Memberships are a great way to pre-pay for sessions, receive a discounted rate, receive first pick for appointment availability, and more. Memberships come in packages of either 4 or 8 and can be canceled at any time and the best part of all is that unused sessions roll over if they are not used.
